Dentist touches my breasts?

This is odd and ive been going to this dentist for a few years now but it just clicked in today.. He puts a bib around my neck and sets his tools on it.... And so when he goes to grab the tools he also touches my chest... Shouldnt the tools go on the table beside him? Anyone else have this happen? Im only 19 haha.. So confused.. I still love him as a dentist so i dont want to say anything.. Just wondering if its right?
