How much would it cost to replumb an existing house?

I am looking at purchasing a new house (built in 2004) that unfortunately has defected Kitec plumbing for hot and cold water supplies. How much would it cost to replumb this house (1750 sq ft size) all piping is on one side of this two-storey house ... one two-piece bathroom on main floor, kitchen, main 4-piece bathroom upstairs with separate large tub, shower, sink and toilet, plus connections to two outside hose bibs and washer. Work likely through walls and through finished millwork and cabinety in kitchen and bathrooms? Any ideas? Thanks.
