Im about 5'4 and weigh 200 pounds i want to get down to like 150 or 140 by august what can i do?

I dont usually eat breakfast and i eat around 9 or ten everynight. I have tried crash diets but its hard for me to stay strict to it. Im not much of a runner either. i dont look big to other people, but i know i need to loose a little for myself. please give me advice any diets including crash.
