I'm training for Marine Corps boot camp, not planning on enlisting until the end of year. I run pretty frequently now but need to up my mileage and my question is...I usually wear alot of gear when I run (Compression sleeves, inserts in my shoes, a knee brace) because I have some tendon issues...Should I continue to train with these or should I get rid of it all and just learn to push through the pain? Any info would be helpful, thanks
