What should I do about my girlfriend and her strict parents?

Ok I love my girlfriend to death but she's killing me with the situation with her parents. She is 20 and basically wants me to be in control of her life(a bdsm thing) but she is still dependent on her parents and studies up north for about another year. Right now she came down south for summer vacation and it feels like im pulling teeth to see her and the parents are the reason because they seem to be pretty strict and a controlling factor. Basically she needs to warn the parents in advance by 1-2 days in order to go anywhere on her own. At 20 I find this ridiculous but hey maybe I'm wrong. I really want to see her regularly til she goes back up north to finish college but in the meantime what do you guys recommend?
