How do i get my parents to ask me if i want a phone?

so i want a phone im going to high school,i want them to ask me because they asked my brother and sister..my dad is strict and im scared if i ask he will say no..everyone has a phone now a days..i have a laptop,ipod,camera(kodak does not really work)and im missing a phone..but im not sure if i should ask because my parents want to buy me a new camera and i think i would be taking advantage
