I'm the host of my sister-in laws baby shower what would be the best gift I could get her?

So I'm the host for my sister in laws baby shower I'm the one that is throwing it anyways u need to know what to get her? I only have One day to get it and I'm not sure what to get her. No baby chothles everyone else will get her stuff like that. She has books, toys, daipers, bottles, rash cream, bibs, bath stuff. Pretty much that's what everyone will get her so mine has to be really good anyone could help me out it would be a life saver
