My high heels keep digging into my ankle and making me bleed.?

please help, i dont have time to buy new high heel and they are too small to put in heel grips to separate my heel from the shoe. the only issue is that the leather seam is right on my Achilles tendon area and i need to cover it up with something soft so it wont make me bleed. any ideas?
