What is this lump? Any sujestions from anyone sensable?

Wife had something like that on her back some time ago. We went to a dermatologist who said it was nothing more than a pimple. Well they did use a much more medical term and said if ir flares up again they can lance it and put some stuff on it. We had also pushed some stuff out of like you would a pimple or a cyst. Hers became some what painful because she would push and squeeze it often and it became sore other wise it would have been OK. It happens from time to time to a lot of people. So suck it up and go in and have it checked out.
