Put all the media in the same list, unless you have a good reason to do otherwise. Someone who is looking up a parenthetical cite won't necessarily know where a particular author or title was published. Sometimes archival materials (like rolls in the Public Records Office) are listed separately, and legal bibliographies often separate case law from articles, etc. It makes sense for the profession and no one is likely to confuse a case title with anything else.
