It is a little skinny tiny bone thats like 1 cm and when i lift weights or do push ups i feel it pop.It is in the inner side of my elbow. Also it is not just when i lift weights. If i bend my elbow back fully it will pop ... its as if if a little bone just pops up. It does not cause pain just discomfort. Also i have noticed if i squeeze my arm a little further then my bicep like right before my elbow it wont pop but i got to squeez it hard. Is this a tendon? And how can i get this fixed?
